We are currently seeking a dedicated PV Officer with experience in medical devices to join our expert team and contribute to our mission of ensuring patient safety.
Key responsibilities
- Perform ICSR processing and conduct 2nd QC of cases to ensure high-quality data standards.
- Create and maintain project-specific KPIs to optimize ICSR team efficiency and propose process improvements.
- Manage ICSR deviations and ensure the accuracy of trackers and timesheet data.
- Act as the assigned team Subject Matter Expert and support the RA & PV Network Department.
- Serve as the Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance and take on the role of Person Responsible for Local Screening as required.
Requirements
- Life science, pharmacy, or nursing degree, or equivalent experience in pharmacovigilance.
- 3-4 years of professional experience in pharmacovigilance, including at least 1 year in a line management role.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
