PV Officer- Senior PV Officer, Team Leader (Pharmacovigilance Manager)

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a PV Officer, Senior PV Officer, or Team Leader, where you will play a vital role in ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Line manage assigned ICSR staff and oversee team performance.
• Create and maintain project-specific KPIs to optimize ICSR team efficiency.
• Manage ICSR deviations and propose process improvements to the Operational Lead.
• Review trackers and timesheet data to ensure accuracy and operational excellence.
• Act as a subject matter expert and support the RA & PV Network Department as needed.

Requirements

• Life science, pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare-related degree.
• 3-4 years of pharmacovigilance experience, including at least 1 year in a line management role.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and technical systems.
