Puzzle Solver (Coding)

Micro1 is seeking highly skilled coding puzzle solvers to contribute to an innovative AI training project. This role focuses on algorithmic reasoning, debugging, and solving complex technical challenges to enhance the capabilities of advanced AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Solve self-contained coding, logic, and technical reasoning challenges.
• Analyze unfamiliar problems and translate requirements into efficient, implementable solutions.
• Work within terminal-based development environments to debug and verify code.
• Identify edge cases, hidden assumptions, and failure conditions in technical tasks.
• Review AI-generated solutions to identify logic errors and constraint violations.

Requirements

• Strong algorithmic problem-solving ability and deep understanding of data structures.
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language such as Python, C++, Rust, Go, or Java.
• Experience in debugging unfamiliar code and solving technically ambiguous problems.
• Ability to work independently and produce reproducible, testable software solutions.
• Clear written technical communication skills to explain reasoning and trade-offs.
