• Maintain composure and accuracy while handling multiple simultaneous communication channels.
• Apply standardized protocols to ensure consistent, protocol-driven responses in all scenarios.
• Document decision-making processes to provide valuable input for AI training datasets.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise as a dispatcher or coordinator in public safety environments such as 911, police, ambulance, or fire services.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests effectively under pressure.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for fast-paced settings.
