PSP Financial Manager – Middle

SOFTSWISS is expanding its team and is currently seeking a dedicated Middle PSP Financial Manager to join our professional organization. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate financial operations by managing reconciliations, monitoring liquidity, and maintaining effective communication with our payment service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed reconciliations with payment system providers and investigate any financial discrepancies.
• Monitor liquidity levels, including managing top-ups, invoice control, and settlement processes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with PSPs to ensure operational stability and resolve issues.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the automation of financial processes and assist in the preparation of internal documentation.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in financial analysis or auditing.
• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
