PS360 Adoption & Communications Supporter

emagine Polska is looking for a dedicated Communication and Adoption Supporter to join a strategic digital transformation initiative, PS360. This role focuses on enhancing awareness, engagement, and the adoption of digital products through effective communication campaigns, training activities, and high-quality content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and distribute newsletters, announcements, presentations, and promotional materials to support product launches and adoption campaigns.
• Create and maintain comprehensive training materials, including videos, tutorials, and user guides, while organizing webinars and training sessions.
• Manage and improve SharePoint content, ensuring that documentation, FAQs, and learning resources remain current and easily accessible to all users.
• Gather user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and support initiatives that increase product awareness and overall user engagement.
• Connect users with the right PS360 solutions to meet their specific business needs effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Communications, Marketing, Training, or Change Management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with a creative mindset.
• Proficiency in creating newsletters, presentations, videos, or training content.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
