Provider Support Coordinator

Blink Health is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company dedicated to making prescription medications accessible and affordable for everyone. We are looking for a Provider Support Coordinator to join our Practice Access Management team, where you will play a vital role in maintaining data integrity and facilitating professional engagement with healthcare provider offices.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate provider accounts and contacts in Salesforce by following standardized data entry and cleanup processes.
• Monitor automated workflows and system alerts to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or process gaps.
• Conduct outbound calls to provider offices to verify contact details, confirm communication consent, and support marketing opt-ins.
• Perform introductory outreach to new accounts to explain BlinkRx services and gather essential workflow information.
• Triage inbound requests from the pharmacy team and ensure clear, timely handoffs to internal partners with accurate documentation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, data entry, or sales operations.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of data accuracy.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, with a strong preference for Salesforce experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct professional, efficient outreach to healthcare providers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various administrative workflows effectively.
