Proofreader & QA Tester

We are currently seeking a meticulous Proofreader & QA Tester to ensure the accuracy and quality of marketing communications within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and proofread diverse digital and print content, with a primary focus on emails, newsletters, and webpages.
• Identify and correct grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors while ensuring consistency across all assets.
• Perform comparative reviews against original briefs to verify accuracy across desktop and mobile versions.
• Validate links, formatting, and layout to ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards.
• Provide clear feedback to developers and verify final files post-implementation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality assurance, proofreading, or editorial work, ideally within the medical or pharmaceutical sector.
• Excellent command of German and professional English, with an exceptional eye for detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with work management tools like JIRA.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse, global team.
