Prompt Engineer (Healthcare)

Talkie.ai is building advanced AI Agents for the healthcare sector, handling patient-clinic communication across voice, web chat, and SMS. We are looking for a dedicated Prompt Engineer to own the quality and intelligence of our AI Agents, ensuring they provide reliable and natural interactions for patients in the US market.

Key responsibilities

• Design, write, and continuously optimize prompts to ensure our AI Agents are accurate, natural, and reliable.
• Analyze real patient-agent conversations to identify failure patterns and implement technical improvements.
• Develop and run evaluation frameworks to test agent performance before and after updates.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams to tailor agent behavior to specific clinical workflows.
• Stay updated on the latest LLM developments and integrate new techniques into our production systems.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience writing and iterating on prompts for production-grade LLM systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from conversation data.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• A zero-error mindset, recognizing the responsibility of working with real patient interactions.
• Availability to work 12:00–20:00 CET for at least 3 days per week to overlap with US business hours.
• C1+ proficiency in English.
