Project Manager

Your responsibilities:

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Delivery/Project Management, ideally within governance, compliance, or AI/ML domains.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end project delivery, encompassing requirements gathering, process mapping, workflow design, resource planning, timeline management, and vendor coordination, while effectively bridging technical and business domains.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and project management capabilities, including expertise in business analysis techniques (e.g., requirement elicitation, gap analysis, stakeholder mapping) and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks, MLOps, or data lifecycle governance tools is advantageous.

• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Passion for driving the responsible and ethical use of AI, understanding its broader societal implications.

We are looking for you, if you have:

• MA/Eng. in Information Technology or Business or relevant experience
• Experience in work with virtual/dispersed project/service team
• Good knowledge of project management methods (PMP or Prince2 practicioner certification)
• Knowledge of good practices on IT service delivery market, such as ITIL
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Agile: Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of HPSM/SNOW and Jira tools
• Basic knowledge of ITIL and Release Management process
• Communication skills and skills to cooperate inside a global organization
• Influencing and persuasion skills
• Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions
• Readiness to travel depending on project/service needs
• Minimum 7 years of experience in work related to software development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope, in multicultural, international environments (medium to large projects).
• Experience and good knowledge of Project Management methodologies, both waterfall and agile
• Good understanding of Program and Portfolio management
• English C1/ C2 level
