Project Manager

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company seeking a Project Manager to join international projects. You will coordinate teams and ensure the smooth delivery of innovative digital solutions for global clients across industries like FinTech, Healthcare, and Retail.

Key responsibilities

• Managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables to meet project goals.
• Coordinating daily project activities and facilitating team communication.
• Planning tasks, priorities, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and maintaining documentation.
• Ensuring adherence to Agile practices and project management processes.

Requirements

• Technical background with 2+ years of experience in software development, QA, or business analysis.
• 1+ year of managerial experience with ownership of delivery and team outcomes.
• Strong system thinking and a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
