Project Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead a global-scale platform project within the gaming and lottery sector, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical projects by ensuring they are delivered within the defined scope, budget, and schedule.
• Define project objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and comprehensive implementation plans.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, manage risks, and proactively adjust plans to address changing priorities.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and validation while coordinating internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
• Establish clear communication channels and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of management experience in the IT field, including development work and direct customer interaction.
• Strong knowledge of software development industry standards and Agile techniques, including user stories, epics, and backlog management.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as JIRA to track progress and maintain project documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional, self-organizing teams.
• Proven experience in delivering complex projects involving multiple development teams.
