Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and lead projects for our international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT projects end-to-end, from the initial discovery and conceptual phase through to final deployment and closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with international clients by managing expectations, reporting progress, and ensuring clear communication.
• Facilitate smooth team operations by removing blockers and leading Agile project events.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource planning to ensure all goals are met effectively.
• Identify potential risks and manage scope changes to maintain high quality and consistency in all delivered solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally within a software house environment.
• Hands-on expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, along with proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering web or mobile application development projects.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle with the ability to discuss technical concepts and architecture with developers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including high empathy, assertiveness, and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate seamless communication with international stakeholders.
