Key responsibilities

• Managing IT projects end-to-end, from the initial discovery phase through to final deployment and closure.
• Maintaining strong relationships with international clients by managing expectations, progress reporting, and daily communication.
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring smooth workflows within development teams by proactively removing blockers.
• Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and resource planning to ensure all established goals are met effectively.
• Identifying potential project risks and managing scope changes to maintain high quality and consistency in delivered solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within a software house environment.
• Hands-on expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, supported by proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering commercial web or mobile application development projects.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle with the ability to discuss technical concepts and architecture with developers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including high empathy, assertiveness, and strong conflict-resolution abilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to ensure seamless communication with international clients.
