Project Manager

Reffine is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee complex digital projects for major automotive brands. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery, ensuring seamless communication with international clients, and optimizing internal development processes.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of a development team, including planning, prioritization, and scoping of maintenance and new initiatives.
• Leading projects involving custom integrations with external systems such as CRM, lead management, and financing partners.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, facilitating status meetings, demos, and progress reporting.
• Taking ownership of project and SLA reporting, ensuring accuracy in timelines, scope, and resource allocation.
• Collaborating with the PM team to improve and automate internal workflows using tools like Jira and Notion.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end projects from initial requirements to final release.
• Strong experience in managing external client relationships, including expectation management and regular communication.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation to streamline documentation and routine project tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams effectively.
