Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact Data and AI initiatives, acting as the vital bridge between client business ambitions and our engineering team's technical execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technology projects from initial analytical workshops and architecture planning through to implementation and production deployment.
• Manage cross-functional teams of data engineers, analysts, and backend developers to ensure efficient workflows and high technical standards.
• Coordinate the implementation of Databricks-centric data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, and sophisticated analytical systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact and technical advisor for Fortune 500 stakeholders, building trust through transparent communication.
• Proactively identify technical bottlenecks and project risks while managing scope and project economics.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of IT project management experience within professional services or consulting, specifically in Data Engineering or BI.
• Successful management of at least 3 full project lifecycles from scoping through to production deployment.
• Excellent knowledge and practical application of Agile (Scrum) in a technical environment.
• Ability to lead meaningful discussions regarding system architecture, data processing, and integrations.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
