Project Manager

Hathiant is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee, plan, and execute complex initiatives across our research, development, and product implementation departments. Key responsibilities

• Lead interdepartmental teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to strict specifications.
• Conduct comprehensive cost analyses, prepare project budgets, and perform ongoing risk assessments with mitigation strategies.
• Act as a primary liaison between the company, customers, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Oversee a team of managers and analysts, delegating tasks based on individual expertise and project requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to provide the necessary training and information for new product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
• At least three years of professional experience in project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to manage interpersonal relationships effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related project management software.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or CAPM are highly desirable.
