Project Manager

Exelab S.r.l. is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the operational success of our custom, innovative client solutions. In this role, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining clear communication and alignment with our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the financial and operational aspects of multiple projects, including budget tracking, timeline management, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, setting firm expectations and managing communications with transparency and professionalism.
• Monitor project progress across various phases, ensuring deliverables meet agreed-upon standards and business objectives.
• Maintain organizational clarity across a portfolio of parallel projects, proactively identifying risks and utilizing modern tools to streamline documentation and planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, preferably within consulting, agencies, or system integration environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to set boundaries, manage client expectations, and deliver difficult messages while maintaining trust.
• Ability to understand technical solutions and implementation processes well enough to govern projects effectively without performing technical execution.
• High learning agility and the ability to rapidly adapt to new industries, business contexts, and project requirements.
• Exceptional organizational skills, autonomy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Native Italian and at least B2-level English proficiency.
