Project Manager

Clarity is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead medium to large-scale implementation projects. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our initiatives are delivered successfully while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure projects remain on track regarding time, scope, and budget requirements.
• Act as a primary liaison between all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Track, report, and prepare relevant data for clients, the finance department, and management.
• Ensure project methodologies and standard operating procedures are followed to deliver maximum value.
• Coordinate project activities from initial scoping to daily task management and risk mitigation.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Project Management Unit and internal improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading medium to large-scale implementation projects, including greenfield and brownfield initiatives.
• Proficiency in working within Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
• Strong command of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and SAP CALM.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders and junior team members.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and streams while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets.
• Experience with vendor management and contractual deliverables.
