Key responsibilities

• Manage large-scale strategic projects and complex programs within the insurance domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps while collaborating closely with executive IT leadership and technical teams.
• Oversee critical resource management and performance tracking to ensure all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Act as a primary liaison between business units, vendors, and technical departments to facilitate clear communication and project governance.
• Implement continuous improvement plans to optimize team efficiency and mentor other project managers and scrum masters.
