Project Manager (Poland)

Indero is a specialized contract research organization focused on dermatology and rheumatology, seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in Poland. In this role, you will ensure the successful initiation, planning, execution, and closure of clinical research projects while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and study-specific requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for sponsors, vendors, and internal teams throughout the study lifecycle.
• Coordinate tasks and deadlines across various departments to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee project coordinators and site activation activities to ensure correct prioritization.
• Manage project quality, deliverables, and study trackers while ensuring compliance with SOPs and GCP.
• Analyze discrepancies between planned and actual results to implement necessary corrective actions.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in a field related to clinical research.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating clinical trial management activities.
• Excellent knowledge of GCP, ICH standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
