Project Manager / PMO – ERP Transformation Program (Oracle Fusion Cloud)

MARGO is seeking a dedicated Project Manager / PMO to support our large-scale ERP transformation program, specifically focusing on the transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud. Reporting to the IT Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a cohesive overview of the program, ensuring that cross-functional work streams, capacity planning, and key metrics are effectively managed to support executive decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate progress across various work streams, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, while maintaining the program schedule and flagging variances.
• Build and maintain comprehensive capacity plans, monitoring forecasted workload against actual utilization for IT teams, business units, and integrators.
• Define and evolve executive metrics, preparing high-level dashboards and presentation materials for status committees and governance boards.
• Manage the consolidated view of defects in JIRA, overseeing triage, prioritization, and monitoring of key metrics such as severity and ticket age.
• Maintain the program risk register, formalizing action plans and ensuring their timely execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the operational delivery of IT programs or in a PMO role, with a strong preference for background in the ERP domain.
• Deep understanding of ERP testing cycles, including SIT, UAT, and cutover testing, with experience coordinating multi-team campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in JIRA and Microsoft Excel, with a working knowledge of Power BI considered a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to define KPIs and prepare professional decks for governance meetings.
• High level of autonomy and demonstrated capability in managing complex risks and action plans within a fast-paced environment.
