Project Manager (m/f/n)

Currently, for one of our Partners, we are looking for an experienced EU Verify Business Development Project Manager (m/f/n) to support a long-term public sector project.

Requirements

• Education: EQF7 in IT, Engineering, or Mathematics.

• Project management experience: at least 15 years.

• Stakeholder management in cross-border, complex environments: at least 10 years.

• Experience in policy discussions to ensure IT compliance: at least 5 years.

• Experience in Business Intelligence projects: at least 5 years.

• Experience in reuse of EU digital infrastructures and EU policy-level synergy assessment: at least 1 year.

• Knowledge of PM² and PMBOK: at least 10 years.

• Experience in project scheduling, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance tracking: at least 15 years.

• Experience with Agile, Scrum Management, and Lean Agile: at least 5 years.

• Experience with JIRA and Microsoft Project: at least 10 years.

• Experience with Confluence and SharePoint: at least 10 years.

• Experience with DBMS and data modelling: at least 2 years.

• Experience with Java and JavaScript: at least 2 years.

• Certification: PM², PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.

• Certification: ITIL Foundation or higher, or similar service management certification.

• English: minimum B2.

Nice to have

• Executive training in research, strategy, or innovation.

Offer

• Contract: B2B / body leasing via SHIMI Poland.

• Type of work: mostly remote (far-site) - services must be performed from within the EU.

• On-site presence: occasional travel to Brussels may be required; for far-site delivery, on-site presence in Brussels may be requested with 7 days’ notice.

• Rate: 450–540 EUR/MD.

• Duration of the collaboration: 48 months.
