Project Manager / Integration Coordinator - Sales & Logistics

BPX S.A. is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Integration Coordinator to support a global SAP S/4HANA rollout program. This role focuses on coordinating integration activities across SAP S/4HANA and external business systems, ensuring readiness for end-to-end testing and managing complex cross-functional dependencies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate integration activities between SAP S/4HANA and external Sales & Logistics systems such as Magento, Salesforce, and WMS.
• Ensure readiness for integration and end-to-end testing by managing dependencies, prerequisites, and cross-functional activities.
• Track project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and open action items to ensure successful delivery of milestones.
• Coordinate communication across SAP teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Drive alignment between multiple workstreams and support project governance by providing regular status updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Integration Coordinator.
• Experience working on SAP or ERP implementation and rollout projects.
• Solid understanding of system integrations and cross-application dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience in international environments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects is considered a strong advantage.
