Project Manager / Integration Coordinator - Finance Systems

BPX S.A. is seeking an experienced Project Manager and Integration Coordinator to support a global SAP S/4HANA rollout program. This role focuses on managing the complex integration landscape between SAP S/4HANA and various finance-related systems, ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple technical and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate integration activities between SAP S/4HANA and diverse finance systems, including Order-to-Cash, payment processing, and tax management solutions.
• Ensure readiness for integration and end-to-end testing by proactively managing dependencies, prerequisites, and cross-functional tasks.
• Track project status, risks, issues, and open action items to maintain project momentum.
• Facilitate clear communication between SAP teams, business stakeholders, IT departments, and external vendors.
• Provide visibility into integration progress and drive alignment across multiple workstreams to resolve blockers efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Integration Coordinator.
• Solid background working on SAP or ERP implementation and rollout projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations and the ability to coordinate multiple teams across business and IT functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects is considered a significant advantage.
