Project Manager II (Poland)

Indero is a specialized contract research organization (CRO) focusing on dermatology and rheumatology, currently seeking a Project Manager II to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while coordinating resources and stakeholders to meet project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, providing timely updates and leading client communications.
• Manage project planning, including study start-up, site selection, and the preparation of essential study deliverables.
• Oversee project budgets and timelines, proactively managing operational aspects and identifying out-of-scope activities.
• Ensure all studies remain audit-ready by monitoring quality, managing risks, and coordinating with internal departments like Data Management and Regulatory Affairs.
• Lead core project teams, providing training and ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in a field related to clinical research.
• At least 5 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Phase I-III clinical trial project management.
• Proven experience leading concurrent multi-centered clinical trials with budgets exceeding $3M USD.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
