Project Manager (Delivery & AI Adoption)

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of high-impact projects, driving innovation, quality, and long-term client success while championing AI adoption across the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects of moderate to high complexity while managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
• Lead team management, including resource planning, allocation, performance tracking, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as charters, plans, backlogs, and status reports.
• Drive AI adoption across the SDLC by integrating AI tools and practices to enhance planning, coding, testing, and delivery efficiency.
• Build long-term customer relationships, support sales activities, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT services sector.
• Proven track record in managing fixed-price projects and budget tracking.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and proficiency in tools like Jira, MS Project, or Trello.
• Experience in driving AI adoption and leading proof-of-concepts with emerging AI technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts under tight deadlines.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
