We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to lead and coordinate a group-wide Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance project. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the implementation of CRA requirements across products with digital elements, supporting business teams in achieving compliance, and ensuring that cybersecurity aspects are effectively integrated into product development processes.
This role requires a combination of strong project management skills, cybersecurity expertise, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
Our expectations
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager, preferably in managing complex IT, cybersecurity, compliance, or product security projects.
Certified Project Management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent) is required.
A minimum of one professional certification in the field of cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, CompTIA Security+ or equivalent) is required.
Experience in product security compliance and working with security-related regulations and standards.
Strong knowledge of: Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), IEC 62443, Product Security, OT (Operational Technology) Security
Ability to understand complex security challenges and translate them into actionable business requirements.
Hands-on approach with strong ownership and ability to drive initiatives forward.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to see the bigger picture while managing detailed project activities.
Main responsibilities
Lead and steer the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance project across the organization.
Create and maintain an overview of CRA requirements and ensure alignment with relevant stakeholders.
Act as a subject matter expert on CRA topics, providing guidance on regulatory requirements and legal interpretations.
Clarify questions related to cybersecurity compliance and support decision-making processes.
Drive collaboration between business, product, security, and technical teams to achieve pragmatic compliance.
Support the integration of cybersecurity requirements into product development and lifecycle processes.
Ensure effective project governance, including project organization, reporting, scoping, and creation of implementation blueprints.
