Project Manager, Content Products

Yaqeen Institute is a nonprofit dedicated to pioneering Islamic research through creative and accessible formats. We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of our core content products, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence across our digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the delivery lifecycle of curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and multimedia assets.
• Coordinate workflows between subject matter experts, designers, engineers, and marketing teams to meet project deadlines.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain team momentum.
• Oversee content deployment within the CMS, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and adherence to brand and SEO guidelines.
• Track project budgets, identify cross-team dependencies, and provide status updates to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects in an Agile environment.
• Deep knowledge of managing content workflows and user permissions within a CMS.
• Proven track record of delivering digital or publishing projects on time and within scope.
• Proficiency with modern project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Strong ability to facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
