Project Manager and Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate multiple workstreams, drive project execution, and ensure effective collaboration between business, data, engineering, and product teams. You will be responsible for establishing delivery governance, managing risks and dependencies, and providing clear visibility of project progress to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, including Business, Data, UI, Analytics, and Technology teams.

• Manage project execution by tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions to ensure successful delivery.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.

• Own Jira governance, ensuring accurate management of user stories, defects, sprint progress, dependencies, and releases.

• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Development, and UI teams to coordinate requirements, testing, deployments, and post-release support.

• Prepare executive-level reporting, including project status updates, RAID logs, milestone tracking, and Steering Committee materials.

• Proactively identify delivery risks, resolve blockers, and drive accountability across all project stakeholders.

• Ensure effective communication and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex, multi-workstream technology programmes.

• Strong background as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in Agile environments.

• Experience working with both Data Engineering and Software Development/UI teams.

• Advanced knowledge of Jira, including sprint management, dashboards, reporting, dependency tracking, and release management.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership.

• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to drive delivery in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, analytics, or digital transformation programmes.

• Ability to establish governance, delivery frameworks, and best practices across cross-functional teams.

• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, execution-focused approach.
