Project Manager (AdTech)

Sigma Software is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-team initiatives within the AdTech domain. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver high-impact technical projects from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, manage resource allocation, and oversee budget planning for technical initiatives.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile events to maintain team productivity and ensure project delivery within scope and quality standards.
• Conduct proactive risk analysis and maintain transparent project documentation for stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices within the organization.
• Support team growth through hiring, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial experience in technology-focused project management.
• Strong expertise in SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence configuration and project management tools.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and technical requirements.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
