Project Manager - Storage Software Engineering

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Storage Software Engineering organization to lead program management, portfolio planning, and execution across our engineering initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track active projects across multiple engineering teams, ensuring visibility into schedules, milestones, and risks.
• Lead strategic programs concurrently, establishing governance frameworks for planning, reporting, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Product Management to align engineering priorities with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Drive organizational planning, including capacity management, resource forecasting, and investment alignment.
• Communicate program status, business impact, and execution risks to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, Engineering Operations, or leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and release management.
• Extensive experience with Jira administration, portfolio reporting, and project governance.
• Ability to operate effectively across technical, operational, and business domains.
