About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic ServiceNow migration project for a global automotive organization. The goal is to consolidate several local ticketing systems into one global ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the full migration process — from initial analysis and roadmap definition to implementation, configuration, and post-migration validation. This is a high-visibility international project, requiring strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to coordinate between local markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end migration of ServiceNow to a global ticketing platform.
  • Define and manage the migration roadmap, including milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with the development team to plan and execute technical migration and configuration activities.
  • Work with stakeholders to define which ServiceNow modules will be migrated and in what order.
  • Oversee mailbox migration, system configuration, and data transfer processes.
  • Ensure all countries are aligned with the global migration plan.
  • Facilitate workshops and status meetings to monitor progress and manage risks or blockers.
  • Coordinate communication between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Ensure documentation, change management, and post-migration validation are completed according to company standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager (in system implementation or migration projects - ServiceNow).
  • Proven experience managing ServiceNow migrations projects - must have (description in CV).
  • Strong understanding of migration processes, including configuration, integration, and validation steps.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills across international, cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English (C1+) – mandatory.
  • German – highly beneficial but not required.
  • Automotive or large enterprise project experience will be a strong plus.

Nice to Have

  • Background in ITIL / ITSM processes.
  • Experience working with remote technical teams across multiple time zones.
  • Hands-on understanding of ServiceNow configuration or ticket workflow design.
