Project Manager - Consultant with French

Link Group is seeking a skilled Project Manager and Consultant to join our team, focusing on large-scale transformation initiatives within the automotive sector. This role requires a professional capable of bridging the gap between business and technology while working effectively with French-speaking stakeholders in a fully remote, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and delivering complex projects and transformation programs using Agile methodologies.
• Acting as a bridge between international teams and French-speaking clients to ensure project alignment.
• Preparing high-quality executive summaries and reports for senior leadership and external partners.
• Managing stakeholder relationships and facilitating communication across diverse business and technical groups.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in large-scale project or programme implementation.
• Proven experience working in an Agile environment, ideally in a Product Owner capacity.
• Professional proficiency in French (C2/native) and English (C1).
• Demonstrated experience within the automotive sector.
• Higher education degree in Business, Technology, Science, or Engineering.
