Project Lead (B2B)

Reply Polska Sp. z o. o. is seeking an experienced Project Team Lead to drive delivery and coordination within a multi-team project environment. The role focuses on ensuring smooth execution across various workstreams, aligning stakeholders, and enabling the team to deliver high-quality outcomes within an agile framework.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery across the project team and ensure alignment of all workstreams.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and blockers.
• Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and reporting.
• Drive the quality of deliverables and ensure readiness for key milestones such as PI objectives and releases.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and IT teams while supporting backlog refinement.

Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Strong experience in IT project delivery, ideally within complex, multi-stream environments.
• Solid understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams, manage dependencies, and resolve issues effectively.
• Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
