Project Lead (B2B)

Reply Polska is seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive delivery and coordination within a multi-team project environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth execution across various workstreams, aligning stakeholders, and enabling the team to deliver high-quality outcomes within an agile framework.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of the project team while maintaining alignment with other workstreams and the overall project plan.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address potential risks and blockers to ensure project success.
• Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, providing transparent communication and regular reporting.
• Drive the quality of deliverables and ensure team readiness for key milestones and releases.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and IT teams while driving the continuous improvement of internal processes.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in IT project delivery, ideally within complex, multi-stream environments.
• Solid, hands-on understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams, manage dependencies, and resolve complex issues effectively.
• Fluency in both English and Polish, both written and spoken.
