Project Director

Precision for Medicine is seeking an experienced Project Director to join our team and lead complex clinical trials in the field of oncology. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to impact global health by managing large-scale studies and providing consultative leadership to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring outstanding service and leading proposal activities.
• Oversee all aspects of clinical research trials, including project planning, execution, and financial management.
• Direct project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including proactive risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor trial metrics and prepare status updates for senior management and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience, with at least 5 years in direct project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field; advanced degree is preferred.
• Expertise in project management tools, including Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and cross-functional team management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and critical thinking skills.
