Project Director - Clinical Study Management

Alimentiv is a global CRO dedicated to advancing therapies for gastrointestinal diseases through scientific rigor and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee the successful execution and delivery of clinical projects, ensuring they meet sponsor expectations, regulatory standards, and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary regional representative for clinical projects, managing sponsor relationships and ensuring alignment on deliverables.
• Oversee project planning, implementation, and execution in collaboration with Clinical Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project progress, critical paths, and performance indicators to address challenges and maintain high quality.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Support team management, including recruitment, performance evaluations, and professional development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in clinical research or a related field.
• Advanced college diploma or degree in Health Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of clinical project planning, oversight, and delivery within regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on fostering teamwork and accountability.
