Project Delivery Practitioner Senior

Avenga is looking for a Senior Project Delivery Practitioner to join a critical global digital workplace transformation project for a pharmaceutical client. You will serve as the operational bridge between the integration stream and HR partners, ensuring a smooth transition from Google Suite to MS Office while managing complex stakeholder dynamics and enterprise-wide risks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage communication between project teams and business leads, tailoring updates to the migration progress.
• Co-manage the migration calendar to prevent conflicts with critical business deadlines or regulatory cycles.
• Maintain the project RAID log, focusing on systemic hurdles rather than individual IT tickets.
• Drive technical change impact assessments and act as the operational link with the migration stream.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to adjust project scope or timelines in response to technical developments.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Change Management, or IT Business Partnering within a complex global matrix organization.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale enterprise software or digital workplace migrations.
• Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to interface with senior leaders and technical architects.
• Strong capability in structuring and resolving complex project risks under tight timelines.
• Fluent English skills with the ability to translate technical constraints into clear business narratives.
