Project Delivery Practitioner

Avenga is seeking a skilled Project Delivery Practitioner to join a pharmaceutical client project team focused on Group Functions. This role is fully remote and involves providing strategic leadership and expert guidance on complex, high-impact initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and strategic direction on defining and managing scope for complex initiatives while implementing best practices.
• Lead the analysis of complex delivery problems, define strategic solutions, and drive consensus through persuasive communication.
• Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans, navigating conflicts to achieve alignment across organizational boundaries.
• Drive significant impact by embedding Agile methodologies and leading organizational change initiatives across major products.
• Manage highly complex delivery programs involving multiple dependencies, risks, and ambiguous requirements.

Requirements

• In-depth business knowledge and understanding of market trends to shape delivery strategies that achieve business objectives.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex delivery programs and innovating delivery methodologies.
• Strong ability to lead delivery within a program or large initiative while navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Expertise in driving business process improvements and implementing Agile frameworks to enhance efficiency.
