Project Delivery Practicioner

Avenga is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technical integration and multi-site deployment as part of a global workplace transformation initiative. The project aims to create a unified, user-centric digital workplace experience across multiple international locations by integrating a central intranet platform with specialized operational systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project delivery, technical integration, and deployment across multiple sites.
• Coordinate integrations between enterprise platforms using Single Sign-On, deep links, and selected UI components.
• Oversee the implementation of workplace solutions, including desk booking, meeting room availability, and asset maintenance ticketing.
• Coordinate technical workstreams related to identity management, IoT and sensor data pipelines, calendar integrations, and backend service interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure successful delivery across global locations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT project management and complex technical integration projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and international deployments.
• Understanding of enterprise platforms, system integrations, and identity management, including SSO.
• Familiarity with APIs, backend services, IoT solutions, or data integration pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
