Project Coordinator – RGM & Integration | Remote | Mexico Time Zone

BPX S.A. is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join an international Revenue Growth Management (RGM) implementation project for a major FMCG client. This role focuses on managing complex integrations between the RGM platform, SAP environments, and various surrounding systems within a fully remote, international project environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining and coordinating the interface register and integration dependencies across multiple technical and functional teams.
• Tracking project actions, owners, and deadlines while monitoring the integration backlog.
• Supporting the planning and execution of SIT and UAT testing phases, including defect management and resolution.
• Preparing status updates and proactively highlighting risks, blockers, or potential delays to stakeholders.
• Facilitating effective communication across a geographically distributed, multi-vendor project team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO, or Junior Project Manager in IT projects.
• Practical experience in integration projects, including managing interfaces and system dependencies.
• Solid understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration environments and familiarity with IDoc, APIs, and middleware.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps and advanced Excel skills.
• Availability to work during the client's business hours in the Mexico Central Time zone.
