Sellax Roofing is seeking a proactive and self-directed Construction Project & Service Operations Coordinator to manage commercial roofing projects and service operations. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on taking ownership, solving complex operational challenges, and ensuring that projects, repairs, and maintenance work proceed efficiently and according to schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain production and service schedules while coordinating crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure all materials, equipment, and labor are prepared and ready before work commences.
• Manage emergency leak calls, repairs, and warranty work while maintaining clear communication with customers.
• Monitor project budgets, track labor costs, and identify potential overruns or inefficiencies.
• Document all tasks, communications, and project data accurately within our digital systems.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in construction coordination, field-service operations, or property maintenance.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold teams and subcontractors accountable.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with digital project management tools.
