Project / Delivery Manager & Business Analyst

Transition Technologies MS is seeking a versatile Project/Delivery Manager & Business Analyst to oversee the full lifecycle of IT projects. You will act as the primary bridge between our clients and technical teams, ensuring that project scope, timelines, and budgets are managed effectively from the initial conceptual stage through to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements through workshops and direct client collaboration.
• Preparing project proposals, estimates, and solution concepts in partnership with technical experts.
• Managing the project triangle by overseeing scope, schedule, and budget throughout the execution phase.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Supervising the final handover and implementation of solutions while documenting lessons learned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT project management or business analysis within a vendor-side environment.
• Strong proficiency in requirements engineering, including user stories and functional specifications.
• Practical knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate distributed technical teams.
• Fluent command of English (B2/C1 level) to facilitate effective client interactions.
