Programme Manager IAM

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Delivery: Own the execution and rollout of the SSO Application Onboarding stream.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate and drive collaboration across DevOps, Application Onboarding teams, and business stakeholders.

• Governance & Risk Management: Monitor progress, proactively mitigate risks, and enforce organizational governance.

• Executive Reporting: Prepare high-level reporting decks and decision-making materials for senior leadership.

• Change Management: Drive organizational change management and project communications.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record in Programme/Project Management within large-scale Banking and/or IT transformation initiatives.

• Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SSO, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or application onboarding projects.

• Methodologies & Tools: Strong Agile/Scrum background and practical proficiency with Jira.

• Executive Presence: Outstanding stakeholder management, structured delivery mindset, and strong C-level reporting capabilities.

• Travel Flexibility: Openness to occasional week-long business travel assignments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
