Program Manager

We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team in a client-facing leadership role, where you will oversee high-impact initiatives and drive both delivery excellence and commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for multi-workstream programs, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, including Directors and C-suite leadership.
• Lead high-stakes escalations and recovery efforts, establishing clear facts and credible plans to resolve project challenges.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including project managers, tech leads, and designers, to unblock dependencies and maintain focus on outcomes.
• Manage commercial aspects such as scope control, SOW development, and change requests to protect project margins.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in program or delivery management for digital products with Western clients.
• Proven track record of leading high-stakes delivery escalations with senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial competence, including hands-on experience with scope negotiation and delivery economics.
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and authoritatively.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1/C2) with experience working across different time zones and cultures.
