Program Manager (Employee Central)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Steer the international project of Employee Central implementation in company from business (HR) perspective
• Lead the functional implementation team in HR HQ
• Secure the successful roll-out in 20+ countries
• Steer the IT implementation partner as well as the vendor (SAP Successfactors)
• Steer escalations
• Consult (internal) customer on best practice process implementations
• Define a global template for data and processes
• Conduct regular status update calls
• Manage stakeholder

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, preferably in multi-country environments
• Strong knowledge of HR data models, workflows, and system configuration
• Fluent in English
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, SAFe)
• Experience in vendor management and working with external implementation partners
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Nice to have: German language skills
