Program Manager (6 months' engagement, German speaking)

N-iX is a global software development company partnering with industry leaders to drive digital transformation through cloud, data, and AI solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager for a 6-month engagement to support a major transformation program for our client, a key player in the global insurance and automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated end-to-end plan, defining milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across all workstreams.
• Lead rollout and scale-up activities, including defining go/no-go criteria and synchronizing product releases with stakeholder readiness.
• Manage critical-path dependencies and identify technical bottlenecks to ensure project timelines are met.
• Drive product and process stabilization by tracking incidents, defects, and root-cause resolutions.
• Establish and monitor a comprehensive KPI framework to measure performance, lead times, and operational readiness.
• Act as the central coordinator between business, operations, IT, and external partners, providing clear reporting to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing complex, cross-functional transformation or IT programs.
• Strong technical understanding to effectively challenge dependencies and deliverables.
• Proven track record in executing large-scale rollout and scale-up initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate at the executive level.
• Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and KPI management.
