Program Manager (6 months' engagement, German speaking)

N-iX is a global software development company partnering with industry leaders to drive digital transformation. We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager for a 6-month engagement to support a major transformation program for a client in the insurance and automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated end-to-end plan, defining milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across all workstreams.
• Steer rollout and scale-up activities, ensuring regional readiness and synchronizing product releases with stakeholder onboarding.
• Manage critical-path dependencies and identify technical blockers to ensure project timelines are met.
• Drive product and process stabilization by tracking incidents, defects, and root-cause resolutions.
• Consolidate KPI frameworks to measure performance, lead times, and operational readiness across the program.
• Act as the central coordinator between business, operations, IT, and external partners like OEMs and insurers.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing complex, cross-functional transformation or IT programs.
• Strong technical understanding to effectively challenge dependencies and deliverables.
• Proven track record in executing large-scale rollout and scale-up initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate at the executive level.
• Fluency in both English and German is mandatory for this role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on KPI-driven decision-making.
