Program Manager - SuccessFactors

emagine Polska is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of business-solution initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in managing projects across HR, Legal, CSR, and Content & Communications functions, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of projects spanning multiple business functions.
• Apply established PMO and PMF methodology and governance standards consistently across all project phases.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Balance competing priorities across projects with varying levels of business and technical complexity.
• Provide transparent reporting on project status, risks, and progress in accordance with program governance expectations.

Requirements

• Intermediate to Senior level experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing HR-related projects, specifically including EU Pay Transparency Directive or similar regulatory implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate and present effectively at an executive level.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity.
• Strong experience with HRIS platforms, with a preference for SuccessFactors and finance-system integration knowledge.
